I've actually always wanted to see something like this, even though I know it would never happen.

I also didn't realize how similar their builds were. Mayweather has an inch and 16lbs on Rousey. Do you really think that he just simply could not out muscle her on the ground?

I don't think it would even be close honestly, and not because of anything 'good' from Mayweather.

I mean, I don't want to sit here and take shots at women's athletics. But I'll just say this: Rousey probably couldn't beat a single man in the world above amateur status in any type of fight. Be it boxing, UFC, etc.

Especially MMA. How women got to be so popular in the most testosterone fueled sport in the world I have no idea.

HOWEVER. she is pretty damn good at throws, and pretty damn good at armbars. Those aren't two things anyone is just born knowing how to defend.

Mayweather would be done within 30 seconds.

Obviously in a boxing match he would make her and any other UFC fighter look foolish. But grappling is the great equalizer because there is a huge difference between a couple years of experience and no experience.

People like seeing attractive women beat the hell out of each other.

Two most well known female fighters....

Carano and Rousey, and Carano hasn't fought in years.

You could make that argument of Pac being the best offensive fighter.

    No doubt top 3.

I have Sugar Ray at my number 1 spot, then Pac.

But with that said, Mayweather could be the greatest defensive fighter of all time.

No one has cracked Mayweather's defense ever.

Pac has shown he could be knocked out, that last Marquez fight he took a nasty knockout. Pac has shown he can be stopped unlike Mayweather.

also Sugar Shane Mosley hits just as hard as Pac, not as fast or aggressive but Mayweather took 2 really good hits from him, stayed up and took care of business as usual.

Don't forget about Canelo either, before fighting Mayweather he was suppose to be the 1. Mayweather took him to school in the ring.

People hate on Mayweather because he doesn't knock people. But I enjoy watching him go to work in the ring.

I like Pac to, im excited for this fight. It could really go either way.

I have Mayweather winning by decision but Pac could easily win with a KO. All it takes is one mistake

Sugar Ray Robinson might have been the best offensive fighter of all time. He knocked out Gene Fullmer who was impossible to knock out in his career. He threw bombs from all angles.

Ray Leonard certainly up there but i would rate Tommy Hearns the better offensive fighter of that era with that great jab, devastating right and fast hands. Tommy certainly hit harder than Ray at the same weight.

Marvin Hagler was a damn fine offensive fighter with an uncommon right hand for a southpaw and a great motor. He never stopped working. Same for Roberto Duran who had a great style with that right hands and body attack.

Pacquiao is a very different fighter. Like Marvin Hagler he is a southpaw who can hurt you with his right hand. He broke Marquez's nose with a right. Like Hagler he has a great motor and can throw 100 power punches a round. Nobody has faster hands.

I certainly don't hate Mayweather he is a brilliant fighter. He did show some toughness against Moseley after getting hurt with a right hand in rd 2. I think Canelo was and is over rated and Maidana had trouble with an aging Eric Morales.

Meh. I'm a fan of Pac's relentlessness, but he's more a punch by quantity over quality type. Just sloppy a lot of times.
