Doesn't mean it was the wrong move to get rid of them... Fisher needed to go after the 59-0 loss and 0-6 start. Absurd he was allowed to stay beyond that. I don't care that we went 8-2 with VY the rest of that season. It was stupid not to fire his bum ass after looking like a high school team that day.

And Munchak had to go. Dude was like 3-22 against teams with winning records. Unfortunately, Whiz has an equally bad if not worse record against winning teams over the few years.

Fired Fisher = good. Hired Munchak = bad.
Fired Munch = good. Hired Whiz = bad.

I hope... I liked the hire for the most part. Zimmer was my first choice, but Whiz wasn't far behind.

I was surprised when news broke we had hired him. I was worried we were gonna get some bum loser we'd never heard of.

IMO Vikings are on their way to contending very soon, and I expect them to win a Super Bowl within 5-6 years.

They're probably the youngest team in the league, loaded with up and coming players.

I guess if you're not a believer in Teddy, my prediction sounds dumb. Otherwise, you better believe it.

Last year I wanted Barr or Bridgewater at #11. Vikings came away with both... considering they've drafted well the last couple of seasons (outside of CP), they're gonna be in good shape.

They'll be in the mix for a wildcard spot this season.
