Please tell me I'm not the only one who recognized that one of the character's from last night's episode was one of the main characters from GTA 5... I found myself thinking the guy looked and sounded familiar. Then all the sudden it hit me. Love that guy. Lol

Had to give you fair warning just in case you were to hate it. In all fairness, that's the one episode where nothing happens. The average American isn't going to be able to tolerate that episode let alone have the brain capacity to handle Breaking Bad (my roommate and his dumb gf who both think That's My Boy is a good movie).

So congratulations on not being an average American!

I'm vaguely familiar with that GTA character. Are you talking about "Mr. Gun" from last night?

Lol damn... How did you like that movie???

My roommate's tastes stem way beyond just those types of movies though. He's genuinely incapable of enjoying any type of widely acclaimed movie, no matter what... He thought Pulp Fiction sucked. He thought Shawshank sucked. He thought Seven sucked. He thought Breaking Bad sucked. He thought True Detective sucked. He thought Curb Your Enthusiasm wasn't funny.

Then he tells me he thinks That's My Boy is hilarious, and I about lost it. Lol

I gave up trying to introduce him to good stuff and let him keep wasting his time watching Pawn Stars and Hardcore Pawn non-stop.

Those pawn shows are stupid.. my roommate watches those too. That's my boy is just a stupid Sandler movie, not as good as Happy Gilmore or the Water Boy but still, pretty funny. Your roommate sounds like mine but mine is a 23yo female who also watches housewives of atlanta so....

That's My Boy was wretchedly terrible.
Years ago before Pawn Stars when on the road we would hit Vegas area pawn shops because you could typically find some cool, unique guitars reasonably priced - obviously because people pawn any old thing when they are on a bad gambling run. Their shop being just south of downtown onstrip made them a regular haunt, but good god those guys (especially the dad) were such utter douchebags that we stopped going there altogther. Figures that they would be the collection of morons to get a TV show. F that dad guy..

Growing up I found most Sandler movies to be pretty funny. I am scared to go back and even watch them now.

A girl roommate would be decent as long as she gave you favors.

    Otherwise that sounds awful.

I feel like there needed to be a bit more to wrap up the season, but overall it was very solid and much better than I had anticipated.
