And at least we know Whedon can pack in a lot of content in just a few lines. I kinda already know what to expect from this movie. I'm almost more excited for the easter eggs and the after credit scenes. Which is kinda sad. But that's what happens when you release like 5 trailers.

    Aftermath

I won't rate it, but will say it was better than I expected.

Ends the only way it can...

It's the one about the time following nuclear bombs hitting.

Cropsey- Doc on Netflix about an alleged child killer interwoven with a tale of a local urban legend. I don't know.... I think the idea was a lot more interesting than the finished product. It kinda seemed to meander around with no clear direction. And something about it just felt extremely phoney. Halfway through the film I actually thought "is this one of those fake mockumentaries and I'm just some dumb@$$ who believed it was real for half an hour"? Looked it up, nope. It's a legit documentary.

I love true crime. I love urban legends. But I'd still have a hard time recommending this one. Watch Transformers instead.

    Into The Storm = 2/10

It gets above a one for the disaster porn it is. High recommendation for Transformers fans.

Cropsey (not to be confused with our beloved Corpsey) is one of the great urban legends. I know of several different versions including the "golden arm", the "burned alive Cropsy" and the stuff discussed in this doc. The doc could be better - felt like an episode of Forensic Files etc.

The classic summer camp flick The Burning is a Cropsey-based movie..
First film for both Jason Alexander and Holly Hunter..

Finally watched Interstellar. There is possibly a more perfect 4.5 hour version of this movie that doesn't seem to leave massive gaps in logic (not time/space logic but simple storytelling logic) and I think a bunch of stuff got left on the editing room floor.. It was a big beautiful flick but outside of its grandness it surprisingly didn't really outdo similar older attempts at similar material i.e. BSG or Contact..

Contact is a classic, I loved that movie when I was just a young whippersnapper

    Interstellar 5/10.

My cold dead heart did not enjoy the story much.

5 for the space effects as I was a sucker for the Saturn driveway and 2 of the 3 planets we saw. Would've like more of that adventure and less black hole magic.
