Okay if we are going to bad again, why not just wait for a QB next year then?

Every year there will be the next great NFL QB that we will be all drooling over.

I want Cardale, who might not even start this year for us.

 

Cardale has that special something it seems, I really want to see him get a shot to develop

 

Guys...we went 2-14 last season. No rookie is coming in and changing the team around that much. Williams is a fine pick but if your job was on the line none of you could honestly say you would take Williams over...

1. A QB that probably buys you another year and oh is a face of the franchise type

or

2. A trade that everyone loves because you load up on picks (Browns please)

 

Do you really think wiz wants to take mariota? To me it seems like a huge smoke screen to try and get people who want to trade up to pull the trigger. I would really hate that pick, he seems like a huge project and as a rebuiling team we need cornerstone pieces, not projects. PLEASE TITANS DONT TAKE MARIOTA OR WELL BE ****ED ANOTHER 4 YEARS WITH A STILL ****** DEFENSE

 

SLH, Jones, and Woods aren't NT. All are better suited for 3-4 DE, IMO.

 

Lets hope that's right. I'd love to land a huge trade, add up multiple 1st rounders/2nd rounders over the next couple years.

I can see that, but according to this interview with Whis, he sees them as depth there. Even said he agreed with PK's assessment that NT wasn't a need position. Check out the interview, only about 10 minutes long.

I was telling people we dont use our NT's much, but everyone always hears 3-4 and assumes you need a great NT. I mean Id obviously take one, but I dont think theyre the same as a true 3-4 NT team, we go to a lot of non 3-4 fronts all the time.
