Browns agreed to terms with DT Randy Starks, formerly of the Dolphins, on a two-year contract.

Tim Tebow return?? The busy Philadelphia Eagles has worked out Tebow recently.

He might be a perfect fit. He was obviously one of the best NCAA Qb's and in that offense he could excel.

Maybe not, who knows... But this could be his last shot at playing in the NFL again, because I don't think Chip Kelly is going to last that long. He needs to take his sorry ass and that offense back to college.

Browns agreed to terms with CB Tramon Williams, formerly of the Packers, on a three-year, $21 million contract.

That's a ton of coin for a 32-year-old cornerback, especially since the Browns already have one of the league's highest-paid corners in Joe Haden, and used a 2014 first-rounder on Justin Gilbert. It signals a lack of faith in Gilbert following his disastrous rookie year. Of course, Williams was still one of the league's better corners last season, intercepting three passes across 1,032 snaps. Williams should open the year as a starter, but has experience in the slot. He could kick inside in nickel situations.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, free agent OG Justin Blalock recently "checked in" with the Titans.

There's no telling what "checking in" means on Blalock's behalf, but perhaps it's an indication Blalock would like to play for Tennessee. He could be a cheaper alternative to overpaid LG Andy Levitre opposite Chance Warmack.

That sucks. Looks like Cecil Shorts is signing with them too. He's been pretty decent on some really terrible Jagrag teams.

That would be some good competition for Levitre, I could dig it
