    saints have cap problems. that is what happened. cap problems are what happen when you run a team the way fans would.

    Saints have been struggling the past few years to get under the cap but now things have spiraled out of control and its caught up to them big time. The Saints were over the cap going into 2014 by $10 million. This year the Saints were about $20 million over the projected cap before signing a draft class or retaining any of their unrestricted free agents. So that's the reason behind them dismantling the franchise. This was bound to happen at some point but they have no one else to blame but themselves.
