    I gotta say I did not expect him to be this bad in the pros. Sounds like there was some beef between he and the Colts FO though, so perhaps his effort was not all there.

    Honestly, I wouldn't mind taking a chance on the guy for a low-end deal that's easy to get out of. It's not as if we are really in a position to be uppity about RB talent.

    Richardson definitely sucks but it doesn't hurt having him as a camp body with the option of being able to release him during Preseason.

    I like Spiller, actually had a thread set to go campaigning we make a move, but then I stopped myself because he's pretty dinged up. Not too excited about adding a run down RB. Not that he can't be good again, just tend to think his best days are in the past.

    Richardson ran well his rookie year. He ran downhill behind his pads. Then they passed that rule saying a RB can't lead with his helmet. That took away the strength of his game. I haven't seen them call that penalty in 2 years. Latter part with Browns and colts attempted using him as cutback and outside. Never has been that type runner. That is why his production went down. He was pissed the Browns traded him. Colts didn't use him right

    he'd be a decent short yardage/goal line back at a good price. Let him compete for reps.
