DEFENSE, DEFENSE, DEFENSE. I am tired of this team being little B!tches on defense. And oh, yeah, cut michelle "whiffin" griffin.

 

I have been hoping the Titans will go defense but I'm having 2nd thoughts. I hope Mettenberger is the man, but if they ride with him and have another bad year, then here's what the Titans QB 2016 choices will be according to Walter Football: Connor Cook, Cardale Jones, Christian Hackenberg, and Dak Prescott. I'm not blown away by any of these dudes. Could you live with passing on Mariota and getting one of these guys? Not sure that I can.

Yea I was going through this list yesterday if we did pass on a QB. No one really stands out as of now but you never know how they will turn out. Part of me is saying QB and other is saying go defense. lol

 

Do yourself a favor if no one stands out and look up Dante Fowler Jr from Florida. Kids gonna be special.

I prefer Fowler personally, he's so versatile, and in a 3-4 defense OLB's are the kings.

 

The Tennessee Titans sent a near armada to the Trojans' track stadium on Wednesday. At least three Titans scouts were in attendance, and the team's defensive line coach, Giff Smith, put Leonard Williams through the paces during drills.
Williams made his case for why he should be the No. 1 overall pick during a media session after the workout Wednesday, but he told CFB 24/7 that the Titans are the only team that has scheduled a private workout with him thus far.

As long as we're giving all these guys private workouts and doing our research I'm happy.

After that game he had against Florida State I loved him, but I think we can trade down and get him, which would be epic

 

I agree we could possibly slide down to 4th 5th or 6th and maybe still get him, but if we dont chance it and do take him 2nd its still a good pick IMO.

If our defense didn't call for a stud OLB I'd trade down and see where that gets me, but in this system we need to put an emphasis on OLB's.
