    Browns and Raider messes are made by missing on consecutive early round franchise QB picks. DEVASTATING effects. Locker should NEVER have been picked over JJ Watt. Period. The majority of people on this board KNEW it when it happened.

    We'd be in the same position as we are now. Locker's failure was instrumental in getting a coach fired. Gabbert and Ponder would have had the same effect.

    In the end, locker had a few good games, but was still an unquestionable bust.

    The argument could be made that we are worse off for taking Locker over the other 2 aforementioned losers. At least with the other two, they would have known quickly to move on, instead of wasting 4 years trying to wait and see if our chosen loser would turn into something.
    Jags and Vikings have already moved on and drafted better QBs than any of theirs from the Locker draft... And we're still sitting around praying that the F.O. Doesn't bone us again.

    Pretty bad, but the jags and Vikings were better off than the Titans in that draft.
    Wasted 8 years trying to give 2 loser QBs a chance. At least the other teams have the guts to cut their losses and move on.

    Everybody has bad drafts.. Gab and Ponder are distant memories from their teams' fans, and we're still here talking about our bust.

    We'd be in the same or better position had they drafted two bums in Leinart and Gabbert.
