    I tried using resistance bands and wasn't too impressed with them. They are not bad for warming up or even to finish off shoulders with, but I could do that with cables. I broke my heaviest one doing P90X years ago and have not used them since.

    I would huh. Dam. Well honestly I don't even know what happened but after I made this I got up to like 327. I'm at 308 last check a few days ago...so starting at square one...lame.

    You need a goal. I've read most of your posts in this thread and they're all centered on just losing weight. No actual goal in mind. No level of fitness. Just walking your dog.
