Tommy Smith on 3HL 03/03

I doubt Cutler or #2. Cutler simply makes WAY too much to have him come in and compete for a job. Unless, he gets cut - which is unlikely. I doubt #2 because I don't like the fit w/ Mariota & Whiz.

I could def see Foles, if the Eagles trade up for Mariota, he'll probably be apart of the package.

Could also see somebody like Hoyer.

Yea but their run games being as strong as they are is what allows them to be successful passing teams. Its all about keeping defenses honest.

Our offense scares no one neither passing or running, thats why we'll be looking to add a physical RB, because we already have the QB. Tommy tipped his hat big time there.

My guess is we ride it out with Mett in 2015 and surround him with the weapons a young QB needs.

 

Hate to be such a doubter but we've been searching for our identity for at least the past 4 years. (search it) And Tommy said we needed an identity before last year. So did Whiz. S.O.S.

 

I dont blame you for doubting, it's the truth... hopefully we can find it this year, but Im not getting my hopes up. Not yet anyways.

 

Lol no he didn't and anyone in this organization does so and kills our chances of trading down they deserve to be tarred and feathered on Broadway.

I really don't need many more reasons to hate this team more that I already do.

 

I may be reading a little too hard into that, but his ideas clearly clash with what Whiz seems to like.

 

Also - I seriously doubt Tommy has much say on this team. Ruston/Whiz can probably convince him to agree on anything.

 

Thats the feeling I get also, the day we announced the Whiz hire Tommy looked like a 8th grade boy that got a girl to say yes to the dance. He was so excited.
