Gotitans weight loss for men?

    Last time I bought a case they were about $3 bottle

    but was hands down the best stuff on earth for what I was trying to do, build muscle and stay lean.

    worked out like this. 4 workouts a week = 4 bottles per week, a case I believe was 12 bottles, so that nearly lasted me the entire month.

    7 lbs might be a stretch lol the real number is probably closer to 5 but I did go from 215 to 225.

    I try to get at least 3300 cals a day. I need to commit more to my diet tbh. Very inconsistent, but this year was the first year i've ever really tried to gain muscle mass.

    I go with ON as well. Extreme Milk Chocolate and French Vanilla Creme are my go-tos.

    Milk Chocolate with milk, peanut butter and a banana blended is like the best ****ing thing ever.

    I make protein bars with the French Vanilla.

    Crazy you can get in that many calories not eating meat. I never realized how few calories are in veggies until I started counting macros. I ate an entire bag of spinach the other day and it was like 70 calories lol.

    Cool I will look into it but it will probably end up being too expensive to justify. I have 2 protein shakes every day whether I work out or not. I try to get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight every day.

    I've only ever had the double rich chocolate but it works for me. I put peanut butter in mine too when I was bulking. Damn good.

    Making protein bars is a good idea. Never thought of that.

    It is on the higher end of supplements, but its IMO the best of the best.

    Also you do know your body can't process more than 40 grams of protein per sitting right....

    I've tried both. Milk Chocolate might taste a little better, but they're both pretty much the same to me. Every forum I've gone to says there's a huge difference and Double Rich is awful. Not to me.

    Ingredients include:
    A binding agent(vitafiber is available online)
    Protein powder
    Tasty goodness.

    It gets a little messy, but they're pretty good.

    Never heard that but I don't think ever really go over 40g anyway. The powder is like 26g and a cup of milk is like 8g. I typically eat 5-6 times per day. The only time I would get over 40g in one sitting would be like if I had a big steak or chicken dinner.

    Oh well yea its true, youre wasting your time if youre one of those guys downing 70-80g at a time, I used to see so much of that and Id tell people but they were set in their ways.

    But youre wise to break your meals up into 6 meals, that helps build muscle as youre constantly fueling your body.
