    For trying to avoid the Aaron Rodgers comparisons, you are making it too easy...

    Even after not being recruited by any D1 schools out of high school, Cal was the only school to heavily recruit Rodgers out of JUCO.

    You are hating on this guy to the point that you are trying to argue he isn't even a great college QB. Which is foolish.

    Huh? He's a great college qb. Of he could play the next fifteen years in college he'd be OK. But the NFL is the big by league.


    Mariota is not nor will ever be close to Aaron Rodgers and you look like a idiot erytime you say that

    Funny to me that "arm strength" is such a defining thing in these discussions - considering Locker demonstrated good arm strength, but just sucked in the accuracy dept.
    Mariota alternately doesn't have the power rocket but is considered quite accurate - moreso than Winston even..
    I'd say consistent first downs trumps one or two deep dunks per game..

    You can even download a number of browser add ons that will fix it for you!

    His ceiling is Aaron Rodgers, and on mutiple occations, you have brought up points against Mariota that coincidentally... Also apply to Rodgers.

    Believe whatever you want. Plenty of people don't think he will be very good. But if you can't see the comparisons, you are just being dense.

    Ya mariotas super accurate when throwing < 5 yards 59% of the time.

    I guarantee 75% if the <10 yards are less than 5 yards. Vs fsu mariota threw less than 5 yards like 60% of the time. I bet thsats about average.
