    Kinda of like Batman or Superman grabbing the Flash and him saying he only allowed them to touch him.

    Superman is slow compared to the flash

    Professor Zoom is a technicality. Flash is faster... but Zoom can slow down time to "appear" to be going faster. Purely speed Flash is faster.

    Honestly don't know too much about Reverse Flash.

    Looked it up and there have been several that used that name. Even Professor Zoom used it.
