He was a little off on many throws and way off on one or two. Pretty much verified that criticism of him. He was a distant 4th to Winston, Mariota, Petty IMO.

 

Mariota and Winston both had great combines. Mariota perhaps showed he belongs with Winston as an elite prospect.

Their showing makes the #2 pick that much more valuable in the '15 draft, so this was a very good day for the Titans.

I'm utterly shocked with all the pro-Morgan stances thus far in this thread. I'm sorry, but he's nothing but average, he's always been average and always will be average. Many of you are acting like this defense is going to somehow get worse without an average player, in this case, Morgan on it. This stance is just incomprehensible to me. Paying him 7 million per yer to get a measly 6 sacks or so is just ridiculous. There is no ceiling with Morgan, whatever it is or was, he's already hit it. There is no going up, he's a 6-8 sack a year guy with a fair amount of tackles. If the Jags ever get allocated into a different division, he's a 3-4 sack a year guy. This is the flat out truth, why start and pay a guy like this 7+ million a year?
