Glad to see people coming around on Ingram, been chatting the guy up for a while.

Most Id want to pay him is $4M, thats what any good RB should fetch these days unless theyre AP, JC, or Bell.

I fully agree! The Titans have a lot of holes and there is depth in the RB position in the draft. Wait for the right pick

No way in hell we take a RB early.

    1. We have bigger needs (basically every spot)
    2. Just drafted Sankey in the 2nd last year
    3. Webster won't admit a mistake that early by taking Sankey over everyone else at RB
    4. Front Office may think that fixing the OL will also fix the running game

Would I personally want to? Very tempting to take Gurley in the 2nd. Would definitely make a splash for the Titans but his injuries scare me. Same with Yeldon, he's a great RB but he's hardly ever actually healthy. I would almost rather sign Vereen or Ingram and let them split carries 50/50 with Sankey.

It will, and sure both guys could help here, preferably Ingram since he's useful in all scenarios.

Agreed. I rather spend a bit more money and get a guy better suited for the role than use another 2nd rounder on the position.

These are both the guys I really like as well. I like Cobb in the 5th round.

Drafting Gurley or Gordon (if they somehow fell) would not be admitting a mistake with Sankey.

The Bengals took Bernard in the 2nd in 2013 and Hill in the 2nd in 2014. That seemed to work out pretty well.

With Greene more than likely out, we will need a RB. That's not to say it's our biggest need, but I have a hard time believing we would pass on the BPA (Gordon/Gurley) if they managed to fall.

Gurley is the best RB prospect in years, but I'm also worried about his injuries, so I'd lean more on the side of Gordon. Just a gut feeling more than anything.

Only way I'd be okay with Ingram is if we let the market settle and then try for a deal.

He had a good season, but I still don't think too highly of him. And he's injured all the time, so there's that too.

What RB do you know who isn't hurting all the time? Its a punishing position. Ingram will be at the head of the class this free agency, if we don't sign him within the first 3 days he'll be someone elses.

The difference is he misses a lot of games. And until 2014 (a contract year) he sucked.

Fine. Let him be someone else's then. He's nowhere near a priority.
