I like the guy and the way he plays. Unfortunately I believe some 4-3 team will pay him more than he's worth as a penetrating DT (where he's best suited)

I'd also add Brian Orakpo to that list, unless the contract is structured in a way that let's us get out if/when he tears his chest again. Great talent when on the field, but much like Locker he just can't seem to stay on it.

Good point, its probably only a matter of time til he tears that shoulder apart again

He's on the list, good job.

How many times has he fallen down stairs at his home or tripped over something? He seems to be a person that bad luck just follows.

I would like him on a Michael Oher type contract. We can get out after one year if we want. If he is healthy, he is the second best pass rusher available. I wouldn't mind him, James Harrison, with Nate Orchard and Derrick Morgan

Sports medicine anchors aren't built to withstand that amount of pull-out strength, as we can see after 2-3 re-tears. I suspect we will start to see many more Biceps/triceps/pectoral tendon tears. Guys are too big and strong for current medical devices.

I may get heat for this one, but I would add Mike Iupati to the list too. He's a great guard (much better than Levitre), however I believe he is best suited to play for a power running team, which we are not. His strength is run blocking, and his weakness is in pass protection, which we do a lot of. He may be worth top dollar to some team, but based on the scheme Wisenhunt runs, I don't believe he'd be worth that here.

I'll back you on this, Iupati is equally as bad as Levitre in pass protection.

But IDK if he belongs on the list of guys to stay away from, he's as good as it gets when running the football. He could help us.

I almost said the same thing, but our running game was so bad last year, if he could help us just improve there that would make a world of difference.

While on the same subject, how can one player be so good at one aspect of his game and so bad at the other?

Because pass pro is reactive, run blocking youre the aggressor. Being a good run blocker is easy when youre the size Iupati is, when he gets rolling, no one can stop that.
