Of course he did. But here that's the one flaw that's noticable. I didn't count how many times he faced that move while a Bill, but here its a glaring problem for him.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you. I thought you were suggesting up that Levitre's poor play here was due to opponents focusing their efforts on him because he is the smallest on the line and other than that his technique (and quality of play otherwise) here has been sound. If that's what you're saying, it is isnt logical because that would mean he wasn't the smallest in buffalo, he wasn't bull rushed to the point of being exposed, he was truly "over-rated in his pro-bowl selections OR his skills simply HAVE diminished. I believe the last of those to be most true. Injury played some part I'm sure but being "over-rated does as well. I don't really fault Webster for the Levirte miss but I DEFINITELY don't excuse him from the responsibility. It has proven to be a bad choice.

stinky, horse face & that X-Seahawk WR are old. I would be pizzed if they were signed. Granted Rice would probably start for the Titans

Isn't Marshawn Lynch the heart and soul of the Hawks and without him they argubely don't even make either Super Bowl.

RBs are a dieing breed I agree but there is still top talent to be had - you can't just right off every RB in the league. Gore, McCoy, Charles to name some more - all of those teams wouldn't be the same without them - their talent does make a huge difference

Supply and demand. There is simply an abundance of good RBs these days. Sucks for them great for teams in need tho. Still an important part of an offense

Huh? Chris Johnson rushed for 663yds this season, not 1,000. If your point is that Chris Johnson got 1,000yds his last season with us, it is all dependant on the # of carries. If you gave Sankey the same number of carries (279) as CJ got his last season here, he'd also have over 1000yds. And Sankey is playing with a worse OL and a none existent passing attack compared to what CJ had that year.

Sankey is not a waste. Short of AP, no running backs would be too successful running behind our OL last season. Upgrade the OL and we will see what he can do. Meanwhile, CJ has probably seen his last 1000yd season and his last season with us was probably his last as the starting RB. But by all means, keep following him.

Everyone looks elite when you're not touched for 3-5yds! Smith had elite vision and heart but nothing else. He was on the slower side and didn't have elite agility or elusiveness. Barry Sanders was ridiculous in his shake and bake. I would suggest he led the league in most defenders who blew out there own knees trying to cut to tackle him. Ask Hall of Fame CB Rod Woodson!!!

Yea gotta say Emitt was not an elite athlete, he was a supped up Javon Ringer with a monster O-Line, very much like Dallas' current RB situation.
