Pollard was on twitter last night, said not even Walter Payton could help this team.

    That's harsh..

His son was among us...don't remember his name but fishface kept him around for a year or so. Average talent at best but Sweetness was the best.

Jarrett Payton, I remember him a little, mainly because he wore the number 4

Maybe we are all overlooking the other possible truth.

Maybe he knows that whis has no place for him on this team going forward....

Maybe it looks better for an aged, not so great Player to leave a bad team than to be cut by a bad team. .

A bad team wants to keep every bit of talent that is worth saving. . He gets cut what does that say?

I like pollard and am disappointed that he would do this publicly. I also get everyone's frustration with him and think it is now best for them to release him now.
the main problem I have with this is that pollard know what a winning culture, building a winning team looks like and he knows this is not it. To me this confirms that we are in for a lot of bad football for a long time until we hire a coach serious about winning.

And again, until WE stop giving the Titans money, you will continue to see the futility of the Tennessee Titans organization in perpetuity. Things have to get drastic on their financial ledger before you see any real significant change. We constantly say changes need to start at the top, and that assertion is exactly what it's going to take. These days could not be much darker for this team as we literally are the most irrelevant and biggest joke of an NFL organization.

He's a douche for delivering it the way he did, but it's nothing we didn't already say or think ourselves. This team will be bad for a long time, it's just a matter of HOW LONG until the right staff/leadership turns it around. Whiz really worries me, and I'm not talking about wins or losses. I am talking about heart/attitude! This team had at least some of that 2 years ago, and not anymore. Pollards play was average and he sucks in pass coverage, so this won't hurt us to be honest. Just add this to the list of reasons to clean up shop, and make a statement this off season gang!
