I can work with that. I dont keep up with these smaller profile players, just too many prospects, but if youre saying these guys are half decent I can dig it.

I'm NOT saying they are half decent, I'm saying they are worth watching to SEE if they are half decent. players in the EW Shrine game could be middle of the draft players but many are later or borderline draftable. Some of these guys will move up, down, and be mid-late sleepers.

This Waller kid is gonna be VERY intriguing because of his size and the team he comes from. Could he be a Stephen Drew or a Demaryius Thomas...I'll be very interested to see what he can do outside of a triple option offense against solid competition.

    Stephen Hill.

I'm a Tech fan, so I've watched Waller for years. He lost his job to Smelter, so that says something.

He isn't fast, but he is decently quick off the line, has a long stride, and usually just frames himself open. He is a big time red zone threat.

For a guy that size coming from that offense, he is underwhelming as a blocker. BeBe and DeAndre Smelter from this team would just destroy dudes. Waller is passive. He just gets in the way.

I think he can stick in the league as a 4th receiver type guy, but he is no Thomas.

I'd agree except I don't think someone is gonna draft him in rnd 2. Smelter was the GUY but he's hurt now I think. And Waller has a great frame. But yes, he's a shield blocker despite his gigantic size (which is disappointing) but I wanna see what he does with a conventional offense. Can he run some routes and compete for the ball when the whole secondary isn't watching the backfield. I guarantee he gets at least 1 fade thrown his way in the red zone!

I was thinking of him as more of a late round/UDFA kind of guy. I don't think he is a very fluid athlete.

Agreed! But let's see how he does in EWS game. Cause even with this competition, he's still a giant among men.
