  1. Yes! Mariota is the best option for the Titans and Whis can work around him

Where do people get this from? I'm not a fan of Mariota, but if anything I'd say the Chip Kelly offense requires MORE reads by the QB, not less, vis-a-vis the rungame.

A bio and breakdown of him. Even in high school, he never had to make reads. He's never had to read a defense his entire life.

There was one point breaking down how he only has to look at one half of the field. That's why he never has to worry about tight window throws as when stuff breaks down, he doesn't look for the WR to come back, he just takes off.

I could be wrong but if that's the case, I blame the sources.

The "only have to look at half the field on a given play" is what makes me dislike him. They say he has the ability to learn to read a defense, but I don't want to draft someone thst high, and hope he learns well.

Chip Kelly is about speed. Quick throws and faster paced. He even made mark Sanchez look good.

Misinformation is a pet peeve of mine. If anyone can show otherwise, I'm happy to listen.

The last part I can understand and that would be a concern. I wouldn't be surprised if he used the R4 system or something similar, which sorta is reading only one side of the field, but it still requires the QB to be able to make both pre- and post-snap reads.

It's a QB system developed by Darin Slack. Also called rhythm-read-rush-release. It's essentially a set of rules for reading the defense and deciding which WR to throw to. You can read a little about it here or just google R4 rhythm read rush release.

Looks like most media scouts rate Winston over Mariota, including Bucky Brooks, Greg Cosell, Gil Brandt, Todd McShay, Trent Dilfer, Shaun King, and Derrick Brooks. If everything falls into place, it might mean we get Mariota.
