Owamagbe Odighizuwa (DE/UCLA)

 

Good name for announcers lol. Soon to be household name.

 

Not all that impressed with that video. Wasn't too hard for the tackles to block most of the time and had a worryingly high number of loafs.

Which reminds me, Oakman is also a major loafer. Hopefully going back to school can help fix that.

 

As we get closer to the draft I hope some more talent emerges as it usually does. This may be the worst year ever to have a high pick. Leave it to the Titans to have their worst season in a weak draft year. I know there is talent to be had, but the top of this draft does not look much more talented that the back half in the 1st round.

Is it just me being pessimistic?? Or is this class really that weak. Beyond Williams, Cooper, Mariota, & MAYBE Winston is there enough talent at the top of the board that someone will not be reaching with a high pick?? I know someone always reaches for a player they HOPE works out, but this year you may have to if you pick high.

 

This draft is SO talented on the edges:

Williams, Gregory, Ray, Fowler, Dupree, Beasley, Mauldin, Golden, Kikaha, Hodges, Armstead, Harold, Orchard, Flowers & Odighizuwa

 

most of your list is fine, but we have no use for anyone under 240, , our OLB's need size since they're basically DE's

 

Beasley, Harold & Hodges are the only guys I listed under 240.. We won't get Beasley, but we should be very happy if we landed a Harold at the top of the 2nd, for example.

 

My top choice is to get Leonard Williams. I fear though he loves the Raiders too much and will hold out.

Wouldn't mind trading back and snagging Ray/Flower/Gregory a few spots down.

 

Williams is my #1 also. If we trade back, Ray or Fowler would be ideal. I'm long off the Gregory train.

 

Im cool taking a guy that wins one-on-ones and draws triple teams like Williams does. But I was hoping for someone with more speed TBH.
