Last I checked it was just shy of 40m, that's with no cuts. We had the 5th most cap space.

No superstars but what we lack is depth and talent. Worilds>Wimbley, Williams>Hill, Spikes 2-down thumper (Brown nickel packages), Ordick probably 50/50 with Pitotua

Getting better up front should be our #1 priority. Look what it did for Dallas this season. I remember how pissed Dallas fans were last couple of drafts because they were picking OL. Look at them now...

Your honesty comparing Wright and Cobb...really? They are on two completely different levels. They had similar skill sets coming out of college, but Cobb has turned into a terrific possession, route running with game changing after the catch skills. That's what we wanted Wright to turn into his, but he hasn't. He has admitted himself that he does understand the structure of a route tree very well. So, keep outside and give him space to work. Let Cobb be our inside route runner. They would be a good combo together.

I agree with everything but the fact of putting Wright on the outside. He will get chewed up with his size and lack of speed out there...They need someone built like Hunter or bigger that actually catches the ball and plays with heart on the outside IMO

You put Kendall Wright on the Packers and guaranteed he matches Cobbs numbers. Cobb is not that great on his own, without Rodgers he'd be nobody. I am not falling for that guys stock, and you shouldn't either.

Well, one giant step he has on Wright is that he doesn't fall down as soon as he catches the ball. Most of his yards come after the catch which Wright had hardly any. He does a lot more than Wright as well. He does punts, kickoffs, and runs the ball. I saw him at Kentucky score 5 different ways in 3 games (Pass, rush, catch, punt return, kickoff return). He is a dynamic play maker. He can definitely open up the offense for Wright. Wright was supposed to be a deep speed threat. He has not been that at all here, partly because I think they have been needing him to be a slot possession WR. Cobb can do that and let Wright run wild on the outside like he did in college. Add him and Eddie Royal and our WR corp looks a lot better
