Media Mock Drafts

I am not sold on either QB. I see good and bad in both. The biggest issue I have with Winston is his off field stuff. He made those decisions and put himself in those situations knowing that he could possibly completely lose his shot at the NFL. If he can mature ALOT he may turn out to be a great QB, it's way too early to tell. His college work shows that he can make some come backs, but can he do the same in the NFL against NFL level defenses?? His work in the combine, pro days, and interviews will show a lot more about what the kid is really about. Maybe if he gets away from the guys he was running around with in school and gets a mentor to lead him down the right path he can straighten out. He is going to have to answer a lot of tough questions at the combine.

 

We tend to lose pretty well IMO. However, leave it to TN to screw up the draft by winning the last game of the season that means nothing!

We're all going to get to watch that long slow release get picked apart before the draft.

 

Those who say Winston got in trouble for cursing obviously aren't familiar with what he did/said.

He stood up on the table and screamed "f*ck her right in the p*ssy!"

He's that stupid. I don't care about cursing. That would be a stupid thing to care about. But I do care when the star of the team is dumb enough to shand up on a table and scream that... especially considering the fact that he's being accused of rape.

So please stop comparing Brady yelling "f*ck" on the sidelines while every player and coach is saying the same thing throughout the game to Winston standing up on a table and screaming "f*ck her right in the p*ssy." They arent even remotely the same thing.

 

But isn't that the objective?

 

And he did that knowing the whole world was watching him waiting for him to screw up. After being caught stealing and (allegedly ) raping a girl he should know to be on his best behavior. At least $Cam Newton knew to keep his nose clean.

Remember when Alabama kept playing "Take the money and run" at the Iron Bowl when Newton was playing? That was great! Why did no team play this for Winston:

 

Don't forget the point shaving allegations. That is ongoing I believe.

 

JW is a good player and that is all. He is an immature brat with no ability to lead grown men and poor decision making . Those characteristics have proven over and over to lead to failure. Those are things this team does not need.
