If this is true I'm seriously considering not being a titans fan.

You cannot blame Whis for not turning Locker into anything more than he is....hard to develop a guy who cannot stay healthy and on the field.

I don't understand why people want Cutler. He had weapons around him we only wish we could have and could not prosper...I don't believe he is a leader. My personal opinion is he is immature and a borderline brat.

He is the worst thing we need on a team that is still trying to find an identity on offense. If we don't draft Mariota (don't think we will) or Winston (afraid we might) then it's Mett and a FA pickup.

Time will tell but I just don't see the risk worth the price...

It is a little weak to pigeon bomb every new poster on here who doesn't check threads. There's plenty of multiple threads on here.

Webster is fearful for his job, Whiz didn't realize the mess he stepped in, and the owner wants to shake things up because he's already questioning selling the team or not. He wants to see how things shake out if we can put butts in the seats. Even though I'm still torn, given the opportunity, Cutler is going to be a Titan. Webster is blow the rest of our cap and bring in some vets and he may even make another move in the draft using the picks we get from the Bears (yes plural).

It's going to be an exciting off season but ultimately may not work out.

I don't want Cutler for many reasons.

Age: To start off he'll be 32, by the time we're good enough to make a playoff run.. he'll be ready to retire.

Contract: Basically makes way too much. We could spend his $ elsewhere.

Attitude: The dude has a loser 'poor me' attitude. His body language is awful, & as the QB your team picks up on that. He doesn't lead.

Other options: Would rather draft a QB 1-2 & draft our future (potentially) for the next 10+ yrs. Would rather keep Mett and either draft Leonard Williams or trade down and pick up a ton of picks.

Cutler has no future. He got his $ and doesn't care. He's Haynesworth, do not make this our problem Ruston.

I wonder how people if feel if to make it more attractive for us, they take back Levitre...say Cutler and a 3rd for Levitre and our 6th. We get rid of Levitre and his whole contract and get Cutler at essentially half the price. Levitre has so much dead cap that all we can do is keep or trade him. This would be an ideal move for us if we decide to go for him.

At least we don't have Ryan Lindley. 6/21 about midway through the third quarter.

Why speed this much $$$ on a QB with INT issues & is a head case when we have so many other issues that need to be addressed? He is more moody than Whiz. How can you expect a guy like this to lead a team?? Especially a team that needs help with developing a winning attitude.

Spending this type of cap & ANY draft pick on a head case with pick issues and a HUGE amount of guaranteed money is a HUGE mistake. Webster should be fired immediately if he makes this deal. IMMEDIATELY!!

I mean Cutler is making Elite money. The Bears less than a year after giving him the contract want out. This should be a HUGE red flag to EVERYONE!!

In order for this deal to make any sense at all we'd have to get a 1st or a 2nd and a 4th or something similar. Cutler is garbage and I don't want him to even be in competition for the starting role. He should only be here as a #3 and that's only because we got very good picks in return.
