He needs to do more with the opportunities he gets. Isn't like he is behind Matt Forte

As does every player on the roster. But calling Sankey "Chris Henry 2.0" is pretty premature, IMO.

A decent OL would also help him immeasurably

The biggest difference between Sankey and Henry is vision. Sankey has it. I've seen him turn something out of nothing a lot and see where blocks are occurring then go there... When blocks occur. Which isn't much.

You know, I don't doubt that Whiz let Greene get the most snaps against the Jets because he was playing his former team and then featured Washington against the Jags because Leon is from Jacksonville.

The season is already lost. Honestly, would anyone give a **** if that were the case?

Sadly, I agree. I think he has also been underutilized, but nothing has stood out to me about Sankey. Nothing to warrant being the first RB taken in the draft.

You have to wonder what the Titans' brass saw in Sankey while at UW to think he was the best RB in the draft.

I didn't see anything special in the guy. Just a good RB who will get the amount of yardage the play was blocked for and then maybe get another yard by falling forward. Good blocker and receiver, but he was in no way the best RB in this draft. I didn't have him in my top-five.

I knew that this time would come, we beat the jags in the first match up, barely.

So we were due to hand them one too.

I think a lot of us are giving Sankey a lot of excuses but honestly just looks like we busted hard on the pick (pause) IMO.

When we drafted him I immediately did a HUH?!? Who is this guy? Then the announcers did a good job hyping him up to make me say well we had the pick of the litter and went with this guy, the brass must know something...:chairwack:

He just simply looked mehhh and has looked simply mehhh all season. Hill has been a total beast for Cincinnati and has brought a certain amount of swagger to that offense. He took full advantage of Gio's injury and ran with the job (literally and figuratively). Carlos Hyde has also had his moments.

But look at Sankey's competition at RB... The dude doesn't get enough opportunities? I mean maybe he's just not that great if Greene, Washington, and Mccluster are getting more carries than the highest drafted rb.

Sadly seems like a typical Titans overpick, but that's stating the obvious.

    Chris Henry... Ouch.

Sankey is Javon Ringer 2.0. He doesn't stand out anywhere and for his size, doesn't have any burst. We missed on this pick.
