And it's a shame everyone puts all the blame on Whiz, ignoring Webster who has been here for years killing our team.

That's not to say Whiz doesn't deserve blame. I'm very disappointed with him. But I was ready to be patient with this hire.

I said I would give him three seasons to get this thing right (make the playoffs and compete). I didn't expect us to immediately be contenders. But I did expect to compete, and we haven't done that.

So now Whiz is on a short leash. Even if we suck next year, I wouldn't necessarily want him gone. We're a long way from being good. But if we have another season like this, he has to go.

Yes Webster is the MAIN issue in TN. That's what I keep saying. From poor drafts, poor FA signings with outrageous contracts, scouts not being at games to scout players, & even him not being in tune with what his coach is actually thinking & doing. One good example: Earlier this week Webster was on PKs radio show. PK suggested looking at younger players like Jones & Sankey much harder this week against the Jets. Webster said he thought it was very important to get a good look at Sankey with a heavy workload in a game, probably 20+ touches. He also said he wanted to see a lot of Jones as well. Whiz went Greene heavy instead. I get that Greene wants to play against his old team. However, it is much more important to see if Sankey can do more if his touches are increased. We haven't gotten to see that all year. Jones.....Well he may have played more this week. I am not sure. If he did, he didn't show up much. I watched the game, but did not see him. I could of missed him.

I personally think the best off season move we could make would be to fire Webster. Maybe Peyton buys the team & gets us a real GM!!! LOL
