I'll eat my Titans pajammie pants if a team is ever 100% based in London.

On top of that I would imagine some media love consistently for a change.

I think the silence from the organization may say a lot. Tommy could have come out today and issued a blanket denial. To me, the most interesting point in the article is that some of the Adams family want to sell. Tommy is just the representative for the family. Given that Buffalo went for $1.4B the Titans would bring more, but perhaps not $2B. Anyway, that's a lot of cash to anyone.

New ownership, given its the right group would be a huge benefit to the franchise. The current culture is too entrenched in mediocrity and new blood is desperately needed. The Titans need new ownership more than they need a new OL.

All NFL franchises are cash cows right now given the current state of the league. You think ticket revenue means much? That's a fraction of what every team gets from TV money.

Any team in London is a dumb idea. Sure, it's a six hour flight from JFK to Heathrow. NBD. But it's a 12 hour flight from LAX (there will be a franchise in LA soon) to Heathrow. That's just absurd. Not to mention the players that play there will have to pay the absurd taxes.

What if Manning bought in 20% as a minority owner with the Adams family?

They put him in a high executive position and turn over day to day operations to Manning. Adams family sits back and collects.

Manning becomes the face of ownership.

If the Adams family decides to test the market it will quickly turn into an auction. Buffalo (pop. 1.1MM and decreasing) sold for $1.4B. Nashville (pop. 1.7MM and growing) may very well approach the $2B mark. Those numbers would have to be tempting to anyone. Regardless, Peyton's involvement is dependent upon him being associated with the high bidder.

I think you might be underestimated his net worth by 1 to 2 hundred million considering investments, endorsements, and papa johns. Just speculating

Yea, I assume his salary alone is a poor idea of his worth.

He has been in the league 15 years making millions.

God knows the investments and endorsements this guy has.

Plus, the Manning family wasn't broke to begin with.
