How will Locker do vs the Jets?

Why I haven't thought to bet against the titans this whole season is beyond me. When have they covered a spread? The Steelers and chiefs game?

 

I agree, Lewan is the Xfactor in this game. If he can go, then the Titans have a chance. The Jets have a great defense, especially their d-line. It's better than the Giants who sacked us 8 times last week. That's the only thing that gives me hope that we can lose this one.

 

This would really make me hate Jake.

I don't think he stands a chance anyways. Look how our OL did against the Giants garbage front 7... Just imagine what the Jets elite front 7 is going to do.

As long as the Jets bring the same game plan that they used against Miami (49 rushing attempts to 13 passes), we have no chance. None.

Unfortunately, Geno will probably find a way to win this one for us.

Those of you who want Rapist Winston, just watch Geno... that's the QB you are wanting. Winston will be Geno bad. No doubt about it.

 

I don't give him that much credit, frankly. At least Geno was able to absolutely torch defenses with his offense at WVU.

All Winston does with his talent is sleepwalk through 3 quarters, throw to the other team a lot, and then pull something out of his ass at the end.

I suspect that two of those things will happen much more at the next level, and one much less.

I actually think he'll move the offense a little better than Mett has, only because his mobility gives him a better chance behind this awful OL.

But I still expect to lose. The front 7 of the Jets will wreak havoc and they'll run all over us.

 

I don't think our line has ever been as bad as it is right now. Stewart wasn't good last year, but Oher is worse. Levitre has gotten worse if that's even possible. The left tackle spot was good until Lewan went down. Roos wasn't great this year, but was serviceable. Our line has been a joke for years. Warmack is starting to play better though. Just hope he does so consistently.

 

I hope you are right. This is as excited as I have been all year for this team. Not about their play, but the possibility of picking 1 or 2. It really seems like we always F it up though. We win games when they mean nothing & hurt us more than help. I hate wanting to lose. As a fan it is hard not to root for the win. However, I do not want us picking at 10 or 11 again!! Unless we trade back & end up with a few more picks out of the deal. I would be sick if we win out, SICK!!!

 

I agree! Its hard cheering for losses but we all know it's what they need right now. No way they win out IMO. The Giants loss cemented that for me. Giants stink, and we didn't even come close to competing. We're the worst team in the NFL. High school level.
