Cmon TJ, how did this team look healthy? This is the first week we've been down any amount of position players. We've had our full stable of RBs and WRs all year. No excuses.

Coaching can't overcome bad talent. It can make a difference in making average talent competitive but, besides the KC game, haven't see anything from Whiz which gives me faith he's the kind of coach who can mold a team into a contender without having a top 10 QB.

All I am saying is that the product on the field right now isn't anything close to what we saw in KC which, at the time, was much closer to what Whiz talked about wanting to do.

It was also much closer to the team Munch coached than Whiz, which may be why they played so much better.

Whiz has had horrible QB play most of the season. Pair that with the Titans defense and you find your offense becomes one-dimensional very quickly.

Though it sounds like I am making excused for Whiz, I am not. I think he's abandoned the run too early. I don't put Leon Washington on the field for any reason. I think this team rolls over when down and is weak in fundamentals.

But when a team is down by two scores 10 minutes into a game, you throw the game plan out the window because the Titans don't have the impact players to come back just by playing on.

This team didn't have any of the original TEs from the 53-man roster for quite a few weeks. It didn't have it's starting QB or backup. It lost it's best LB, SS and starting LT.

You guys are going to have a long wait....at least 2 more years...more than likely 3 before he will be gone. Of course if he manages to put together a actual NFL level roster and wins 7-9 by that time he will be here a long time. Think about it idiots, how many of our starters would even be on the rosters of the playoff level teams this year. 3-5 at most. Face it, fisher ****ed us, webster has had only one decent draft, and munch developed ****.

I disagree.....7 wins next season will earn him a third, but another season like this (4 wins or less, total lack of competitiveness) earns him a pink slip IMO.

Also, regarding players from us on other teams...Akeem Ayers comes to mind.

You can disagree all you want. His contract pretty much makes it hard to fire him before the next two season are over.
