The Louisville game is probably his best of the year along with Tennessee and South Carolina.

What do y'all think about this offseason?

    Free Agency:
    Dan Williams NT, Cardinals
    Michael Crabtree WR, 49ers
Kareem Jackson CB, Texans/Chris Culliver CB, 49ers
    Sam Acho OLB, Cardinals
    Karl Klug DE, Titans (cheap)
Da'Rick Rogers WR, Free Agent (cheap)

    Draft:
1st - Randy Gregory OLB, Nebraska
    2nd - Cedric Ogbuhei OT, Texas A&M
**TRADE DOWN in 3rd for 3rd and 5th round picks**
3rd - Kurtis Drummond FS, Michigan State
4th - Bryce Petty QB, Baylor
    **TRADE UP into 4th with 2015 5th and 2016 5th round picks**
4th - AJ Johnson LB, Tennessee
5th - Gerald Christian TE, Louisville
6th - Michael Dyer RB, Louisville

With this, the offensive line would have a shake up. I have us in this scenario cutting Andy Levitre and trying Michael Oher out at LG (I've always felt Oher would be a solid OG in the NFL, never liked him at tackle).

QB - Zach Mettenberger, Charlie Whitehurst, Bryce Petty
RB - Bishop Sankey, Antonio Andrews, Michael Dyer
    FB -
    WR1 - Michael Crabtree, Da'Rick Rogers
WR2 - Justin Hunter, Derek Hagan
Slot - Kendall Wright, Dexter McCluster
TE - Delanie Walker, Craig Stevens, Gerald Christian
    LT - Taylor Lewan
    LG - Michael Oher
OC - Brian Schwenke, Gabe Ikard
    RG - Chance Warmack
    RT - Cedric Ogbujhei

DE - Ropati Pitoitua, Mike Martin, Karl Klug
NT - Dan Williams, Al Woods
DT - Jurrell Casey, Sammie Hill
LOLB - Sam Acho, Donta Moch
LILB - Wesley Woodyard, AJ Johnson
RILB - Avery Williamson, Zach Brown
ROLB - Randy Gregory, Kamerion Wimbley
    CB1 - Jason McCourty, Blidi Wreh-Wilson
    CB2 - Kareem Jackson
    Nickel - Coty Sensabaugh
FS - Michael Griffin, Kurtis Drummond
SS - Bernard Pollard, Daimion Stafford

Nice job, I like the Crabtree signing, think it's a realistic one as well.

I think the rape stuff isn't legitimate. When Butch Jones came out and was saying how it was a shame that he had to miss his senior day and he couldn't ever get it back came off to me like he knew AJ was innocent. Could be reading too much into that, but if it ends up being true and all Jones was worried about was AJ and his senior day, he will get roasted. Don't think he would risk that unless he knew it was bull. Now, the grinder found for weed could hurt his stock and he was already in the 4th round range, so maybe 4th is still too high for him but late 5th, early 6th is where I'd believe he would go as long as the rape allegations aren't true.

I think this is more realistic, but I wouldn't be thrilled...

Not a big fan of Gregory so far and not thrilled with Ogbuehi. think both of those are 'safe' picks but I like a bunch of other players more. Also not a fan of Petty. The other players in your draft are good players but will mostly be backups but we have no OL depth. If Oher doesn't work out at LG, you have zero options. If someone gets hurt...who's gonna come in? If Ogbuehi struggles, again, no depth.

Crabtree would be a nice signing if he wasn't too expensive because we could sure use a sure handed WR but I wouldn't start Hunter over Wright. And Unless Rogers is coming on a vet min contract, we don't need him.

Acho would be relatively cheap but he's produced 1 sack in the last 2 years and never had more than 7 like 3-4 years ago pinning all of our oass rush on Gregory. Why keep Wimbley who can't get us a pass rush and is chewing up cap space? Why keep Griff who is an avg FS being paid like a perennial Pro Bowler? kareem jackson would be nice but if we were gonna pay for 2 starting CB's, we would have kept Vern. Williams is a nice player!

Now that we officially have #2, here's my first mock draft.

I'm all in for trading #2. Shortly put, I don't feel that Winston will be an elite QB and Mariota will likely be going #1. However, there's no other QBs in this draft or free agency, so teams will be dying for a chance at Jameis. Which is where the Jets come into play. There's more in my thread here: http://gotitans.com/threads/trading-2.93004/ about trading #2.

    The trade goes as follows:
    #2 for #6, #38, 4th, '16 1st, and '17 1st.

    NFL DRAFT:
    #6: Vic Beasley, OLB, Clemson
    #33: Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin
#38 (NYJ): Denzel Perryman, ILB, Miami
    3rd: Laken Tomlinson, G, Duke
    4th: Geneo Grissom, OLB, Oklahoma
4th (NYJ): Kenny Bell, WR, Nebraska
4th (Comp via Verner): Cedric Reed, DE, Texas
    5th: Darius Kilgo, NT, Maryland
    6th: Jalston Fowler, FB, Alabama
6th (NE): Rory Anderson, TE, South Carolina

That's alot of draft picks, really gets some fresh blood in with the team.. which is badly needed. Pass rush is this teams #1 need, Vic Beasley is our guy, i'd also love Shane Ray (but I think he'll be gone at #6). Vic reminds me a bit of Von Miller and finally gives us the elite passrusher we need. Melvin Gordon is a weird mix of Eddie Lacy/Jamaal Charles, who I believe will be the best RB in the NFL in under three years. This allows our offense to be more like Seattle/Dallas that takes pressure of the QB position. Denzel Perryman is a force, hard hitting, no crap taking MLB. He'll set the attitude of the defense. Lake Tomlinson replacement Levitre. Grissom is a 6'4 260 athlete freak, which is he develops will be our other starting OLB for years. Potential of a Justin Houston/Tamba Hali type combo. Kenny Bell is Nate replacement, a tough physical WR, who lacks size but makes up for it in heart. Cedric Reed gives more depth at DE at 6'5 270, and will battle with DaQuan Jones/Pito for time. Kilgo is a traditional 1-gap stout NT, who actually plays NT at Maryland, so he doesn't have to learn a new position. Fowler is a senior traditional blocking FB. Finally Anderson is a hybrid TE/WR who average 17.8 YPC in his career.

    Free Agency:
    Dan Williams, NT, Cardinals
    Devin McCourty, DB, Patriots
    Charles Clay, TE, Dolphins
    Michael Roos, OT, Titans
    Darius Moore, WR, Raiders
First three signings that will change our team. Dan Williams played at Tennessee, is from Memphis, was drafted by Whiz and has played under Horton. Not to mention he's only 27 and has been flirting with the Pro-Bowl for the last 3 years. Devin McCourty, twin of our Jason McCourty, is a 2x probowler (1 at CB, 1 at FS). He's so close to his brother that they share a twitter account and both played at Rutgers, they have to want to play on the same team again. Charles Clay is similiar to what Delaine Walker was in San Fran. Had all the talent, can block, receive, but it all never clicked. Changing scenery for Walker allowed him to click, imagine having to Walkers on this team. Roos returns and starts at RT, even though Whiz has said we're moving on, that's likely crap and he's trying to lower the price. Moore has a chance to be our #3 WR.

    Starting 2015 Lineup:
    QB: Mettenberger - Whitehurst
RB: Gordon - Sankey - McCluster
    FB: Fowler
    WR: Wright - Hunter - Bell - Moore - ???
TE: Walker - Clay - Anderson
OL: Lewan - Tomlinson - Schwenke - Warmack - Roos

DE: Casey, Pito, DaQuan Jones, Reed, & Martin
    NT: Williams, Kilgo, Woods
OLB: Beasley, Morgan, Grissom, & Groves
ILB: Williamson, Perryman, Gooden, & Woodyard
CB: McCourty, McCourty, BWW, Sensabaugh, Huff
    FS: Griffin
    SS: Pollard & Stafford

Call me crazy, but I think that team could make playoffs. We still have holes (safety, depth at OLB, and eventually a RT/C?) and are putting our chips all in Mettenberger. Melvin Gordon could be our elite playmaker, pair him up with Wright/Hunter who both still have potential and two Walkers (adding Clay) and we have weapons. Fowler can also be an elite run-blocking FB. Our team is built on the run, but don't sleep on our pass game. Followed up by a now big and physical defense. Beasley/Grissom can get after the QB, along with Casey. Williams/Kilgo/Reed are all run stoppers in the front, with Perryman as one of the hardest hitting LBs since Ray Lewis playing next to the impressive Williams. Then we added a pro-bowler into our secondary. Oh yeah, we also have two 1st rounders in '16 and '17 now.

Alright, I need to get back to work. Really should quit and become a GM, but whatever.
