Is Hidden Runner Real?:


The prequel. So Jurassic park is about the hidden runner

 

yes. It is really dumb. And it was obvious green-screen work, and I am not too observant of that in movies, usually.

this is the clip of it... but this does not really do it justice. You have to see it in context to understand how completely off the wall, and horrible it is.

 

Yeah. I don't see how they could logically create a park like that, less than 20 years from the major disasters of the first 3 movies.. especially with the T Rex on the mainland. But I will go see it, and recently, they've been doing a good job with these action movies. I'm expecting something watchable, but not groundbreaking.

 

I miss the robot dinosaurs. CGI can't touch the scariness of that.

ok. DeeT was a fan, and supercomicbooknerds.

But it was far from a mainstream phenomenon. I personally know 1 or 2 people who knew GotG existed before the film.

There were no real cartoons, no toys, etc. Every previous comic book film that marvel made had SOME kind of presence in the mainstream. The only time I had heard of any of these characters was Rocket Raccoon, just because he was in the MVC3 game. And I thought he was basically a joke character.

Spider man, Xmen, Iron Man, hulk, Cap all had a significant base before ever coming to the big screen. What GotG did, was unprecedented, and that movie was one of the best of them all.

If only fanboys went to watch Xmen, it would make some money. If only fanboys went to see GotG, it would have been more of a financial flop than John Carter.
