Why Does Our Oline Suck With 2 First Rounders and Dallas with 3 First Rounders Are Just Sick?

We have 2 first rounders plus some high priced free agents in Levitre and Oher and our offensive line looks like it belongs in the arena league and Dallas has 3 first rounders on the offensive line and they are like the great wall of China.

I mean, I am watching the Sunday night game and I see Romo with 10 freaking seconds just standing in the pocket, ordering a pizza, checking out stock quotes on his portfolio, texting his wife about Thanksgiving dinner, and then finally throwing the ball to Dez for the winning TD.................and this was against a 4 man rush.

We have spent almost as much resources as Dallas on the offensive line, but our line looks like they were all drafted from Div 3 Western Omaha.................what the hell???

Is Dallas really that better at evaluating talent then we are?

    because they drafted better players?

not all first round picks are created equal.

    I think we're underrating Western Omaha's O-Line.

Want to feel even worse? Oher was a 1st rounder himself. So technically we have three 1st rounders playing some terrible football together.

I think if we move Warmack to LG next year, the position he played in college, and add another guard via FA or the draft (but not a pick before the 4th round) that will go a long way in helping. I always wondered why they gave Levitre the veteran the LG position when Warmack was their 1st round pick and a rookie. To me it would have been easier for a vet to switch than a rookie in his first NFL action.

Maybe that fix is too simplistic, but we won't know until they try it.

Romo's movement in the pocket is 100% responsible for DeMarco Murray's success, yep.

Lol did you watch the game against the Giants?

He was literally able to virtually stand still in the pocket for 7 seconds. Their OL is amazing.

Ours sucks because Webster made bad picks. Cowboys made good ones. I made fun of them for taking Fredrick late in the 1st, but it has worked out. Still a reach, but it worked.

Webster doesn't get a free pass, but... I remember Munch and Mathews being high on Warmack and Schwenke. I'm willing to bet Levitre was given the nod by those same experts.

I am hoping this is true because if so there is at least some hope moving forward with Webster.

I always blame him for everything, but I hope it's Munch's fault.
