Tommy inherited the team from his daddy-in-law. He's never given any indication he has a clue what he's doing. Not sure he even wants to be in the role he's in, as it was reported he once declined the chance to run the team.

What reason is there to believe that Smith will make the right decisions for this team?

People take it for granted we got the change we wanted but aren't happy with the results.

Munchak wouldn't budge on his coaches. Tommy goes out and gets a whole new staff.

Chris Johnson lack of production. Gets released. Draft Sankey

I see changes coming. Hopefully, he sticks to his guns.

This team needed change. People begged for change from fisher, Munchak , etc. now people not happy . Nobody likes to lose I inderstsnd that. But this was not a good team for number of years. Hope it was the right change but change was needed.

I would be okay with dumping Levitre but that's a lot of dead money. We could upgrade Oher, make him a swing Tackle for his final year.

Finding a franchise QB and the defense is more of a priority right now.

I'm surprised at how negative all these posts are. We are 8 games into tommy smith ownership. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt for now. He may say the coach gm are safe but let's see if they remain safe if we suck next year. And let's see what roster moves are made this offseason.

    I like the comments

I agree. All I said was needed change. I hope we win next 8 games and build. Snith has said all the right things. And changes have been made. Ayers gone. QB change made. Rookies playing more and more. Positives .

If Michael Oher continues down the path he's on, I say we dump him, we'll lose hardily anything by doing so, then move Levitre to RT. He's paid a helluva lot of money for a Guard, and because he's bad at it, move him to RT and see where that puts him.

Pretty sure he played every position for the Bills maybe a new position would be a fresh start for him.

What??? You mean they didnt turn the **** franchise into a contender in 1/2 a season??

    KILL THEM ALL!!!!

Seriously people, its time for a reality check. Tommy doesnt know football, he has already state that on more than one occasion. He also said he was going to write the checks and do what it needs to make this team a contender, and hire football minds to get it done.

WTF were you guys doing this off season when all of the articles came out about what the plans were??
