That has more to do with discipline and can be fixed. Doesn't really pertain to his talent level. He will mature and hopefully those penalties will decrease.

Locker was the closest thing to McNair that we've seen in awhile, he's fragile period.

Morgan was the top rated pass rusher in the draft, all we heard about was JPP ever since and he hasn't done sh1t in the last 3 yrs.

Dez was just like Britt, he would've never made it out alive in Nashville, he needed the bright Cowboy star and Jerry Jones to keep his head on.

Say what you want. On the field PacMan was legit... if you was a fan way back then you would know that.....

It's all about the franchise QB. Without one every draft sucks.

Well, I have lists from every draft. But for me, it was actually Chris Johnson. I wanted to trade back and take Desean Jackson and then get Jamaal Charles (before we knew how they were gonna turn out). I thought Charles was every good as CJ and DeSean was the explosive WR we needed. Thought that would have given us 2 big play players at positions we were looking for them.

Yes every team has a few they would like to redo, but this team seems to miss and miss big every year. XHR said the point of this thread. Our drafting says a lot about our scouting and GM. Every year I sit and watch the draft hoping we take a great player. Every year it seems we miss. Our GM has made a royal mess of this roster. There are several player that we could have taken that would have made the difference.

The point..... I wanted to have a discussion about who others would have really been excited about. Is there a problem with having a discussion about guys we passed on that went on to be great? Seems like something I would enjoy talking about. That's why I brought it up. Thanks for yours.

I actually was a fan back then and was at the Giants game when it seemed he almost brought us back single handedly. It was one of the best games I've been to at LP Field. His off the field issues are what led him to leaving the Titans, not anything he did on field. Those issues were known when we drafted him, and it turned out to hurt us.

The guy was a playmaker as a CB and returner. Wish he could of gotten it together while he was still on our roster.
