Crow... The fact he isn't ALWAYS accurate (consistent) means he's NOT ACCURATE.

When he "can be accurate if all the elements play into his favor and Jesus gives him a ration of extra accuracy just prior to the game with a small bowl of oatmeal covered nuggets of consistency" -- then he's not accurate enough for this league.

    Therefore he's not accurate.

But but but... 4 years, 21 games. Injury after injury after injury.

His WRs don't really like playing for him.

That is true to a point. However, after a bad series when Locker is followed back to the sidelines you do not see him with WRs. When does he address it??? Should he do it while the play is still fresh or wait until the WR is on the bench for 10 minutes? I would really like to SEE this from our leader on the field. He just does not look confident or in control. Oh and how many times have we seen a QB have a conversation with a WR in a game that the TV crew did not pick up on after a bad play?? These guys are all about drama so if there was some on our sideline I am sure they would at least bring it up. Can you honestly say that you do not care if you see this from your QB? This is supposed to be one of his main talents....leadership!

That's another thing, for a guy who gets touted as being this great leader I've seen very little of this supposed leadership at work.

The bottom line is people like Jake and so they're rolling out the excuse train for him. It was the exact same deal with Munch. But sometimes good guys just suck at their jobs. And it is what it is. It doesn't do us any good to keep giving them opportunity after opportunity just because they're "nice" and they're "trying".

The excuse-making of this fanbase is truly unbelievable at times. WIN. That's what it's all about. We aren't trying to build the nicest organization, we're trying to win damn football games.

The sad thing about that quote is, after all the immaturity, bad apples, etc. the team has witness over the past few years. Sometimes I feel like the organization is trying to build a team full of high character guys first & talent second.

Locker was opposite VY, good character, good work ethic, etc.. Munchak fell in love with locker. I wanted us to draft Dalton at the time. He didn't have the arm, the speed, etc. but I felt he had the heart and the vision locker did not.
