That's the receivers job tho. Make your QB look good.

I was always told Little league/jr high/HS if you get two hands on the ball, you gotta make that catch.

Then there is that whole argument about how nice it is to hit a receiver in stride so they can get extra yards and score TD's.

    :toast:

Here's the thing about Jake..... he just is what he is. Is he terrible? No. But he's proven to be the definition of inconsistent. One week he looks great and the next he looks like it's his first time on a NFL field. He's a true Jekyll & Hyde QB. And that's not the type of guy you want to hitch your wagon/franchise to.

Bottom line, a guy in his 4th year (3rd as a starter), in a "prove it" year, can't be having games like he just did today. If you're this far into your career and are still that terribly inaccurate then you're not a franchise QB IMO.

Of course this could turn out to be an anomaly. But his history doesn't lend much support to that theory. I hate to say it, but I think we've seen the best of Jake Locker. If he has a few more games like that I think it's just time to turn the page. He was a huge liability today. No sugarcoating it.

I'm so lost on this game, how is it we can come into the second half and score ten, then just fall apart all over again. and wtf was that catch in the endzone that was deemed incomplete??? He was down and had control, wtf is this sh*t?

I'm so pissed. This game was a frickin' joke, Locker isn't gonna get any better, he's just gonna stay right where he is, in mediocrity, 4 years of this **** is enough.

I'm beginning to think that Locker is VY 2.0.... Only he's not mentally as fragile and has work ethic.

But he still teases you with one great game of a series or drive only to look like total sh** the next moment. I'm sick of these athletic QB's that throw an amazing pass one minute but then can't hit the broadside of a barn the next snap.

We need a consistent passer first that can be just mobil enough to keep a play alive or escape pressure. I don't want a running back who can pass the ball on occasion.

Nate did have 3 drops. When you aren't getting any separation from your WRs, the QB has to get some help from his guys

The Dallas OL is much, much better than the KC OL is. Much. They are physically beating people in the run game. They ran just about the same way against San Francisco last week, and that team is a beast against the run.

Plus Dallas had much more to worry about in the passing game than KC does.

It was a much tougher matchup for the Titans defense all the way around.
