Chris Long just went down with an ankle and will be out at least a few games.

Bittersweet cause I wouldn't wish injury upon any player and Chris seems like a good dude from interviews but I love watching Fisher's team fall apart.. Although throwing the season this year may work in their favor cause they need a QB. Seriously though you had a thousand draft picks and it never crossed your mind to take a shot at a QB? Typical Fisher move.

Hunter's hands weren't "bad" they were inconsistent. Even with those inconsistencies he still made plenty of acrobatic/tough catches to help teams feel better about taking him. For what it's worth I believe his major knee injury and subsequent drop in production had a lot more to do with him dropping even though he was still damn near a first rounder.

For every Hunter, I can name 5 guys who teams drafted despite knowing they had bad hands and they suck to this day. I believe Darius Heyward-Bey made it to the "highest levels as a receiver", how's that working out? Can you believe the dude was actually a first rounder? It's my belief that once a guy has a major case of the dropsies, it's over. A little slump can be overcome but what I saw happen to Ochocinco and and Kenny looks insurmountable.

Oh for sure man, I hate all things Fishbag related, but he was a year ahead of me at UVa and I talked to him on a couple of occasions and he's genuinely about as classy as people get.

How is Cook doing now? I remember we were "stupid" to let him walk as well. Letting him go and grabbing Delanie was a dumb move according to most of the sports world.
