Haven't watched the game yet but happy to see us win and win pretty handily.

 

Really great way to start the season with a convincing win against an admittedly wounded team, but that said KC was a solid playoff team last year and we pretty much dominated the game in all 3 phases. Thank you Andy Reid for the dumba** decision to cut Succop, how fortuitous for the Titans we were able to grab him right away like we did !

Jake looked very solid, our skill positions will only get better as this O starts to roll (barring injuries), O line still has some work to do (penalties and looked shaky at time protecting Jake), but otherwise a great showing against a very good defense today. Titans D looked surprisingly sharp and tenacious, and limiting Charles the way they did was impressive.

Yes, they didn't exactly face much of a threat from the KC Rec's, but other than that ref-lead TD possession, they pretty much dominated Smith and that anemic KC O. So nice not to have to hold my breath and pray something awful doesn't happen on a KR/PR finally... So nice not to have to deal with the anxiety as to whether we were going to squander away an anemic 3 or 7 pt lead like we did so many times under Fish and Munch !!!!

Feels good to win convincingly for a change and know that the coaching staff is dedicated to doing things right for a change...

 

Well can we at least talk about how Kenny Britt was 0 for 3 on targets, 0 catches, 0 yards, 0 tds? You should get your clients to help find some gas station pennies at Tigermarket so you can afford to pay TitanJeff in 3 months.

Looking at our schedule...I see the real possibility of being 6-2 heading into the bye week. That would be losses against Cinci and Indy which are both away games. If we win one of those two then I'm really confident we will end up 6-2 heading into the bye week. That would be a really good start to the first half and well on our way to a playoff run.

 

Very happy with the win. Finally we are in a pass first offense which what Lock Star needed. The running game needs to get better and penalties limited if we wanna be a playoff team.

 

good game, but dont want to get ahead of ourselves. KC had no OL, no receiving threats and no CBs.

next week will be a better test for the D. (don't care how bad dal looked today). Dez may eat our cbs alive. the O will need to put up some points IMO
