Week 1: Predict the score vs Kansas City

17-13 Titans. Low scoring game. Chiefs have no offensive weapons besides Charles and the Titans will struggle to score points against the Chiefs defense.

That was a popular score for us a few years back, so I'll go with that.

Chiefs won't reach .500 this year. They're not that good... Last year was a bit of a fluke. They had the easiest schedule the first 9 weeks and took advantage of it going 9-0. Then they started having to play starting QBs for the first time since week 2. They finished 2-6 (including the playoffs).

Am I missing someone? Sorry, but if you lose that many starters in FA and don't have a big FA/draft yourself, you're going to take a massive step back.

Who did they even add that's really any good?

We should be starting the season 2-0 or we're in trouble.

My parents are huge Chiefs fans because they're from Leavenworth. I know from watching preseason that their offensive line is garbage.

 

Lol oh yea.

No wonder he was Mr. Irrelevant.

Nothing would make me happier than for the Chiefs new kicker (Santos) to miss all his kicks and for Succop to make all of his.

 

If we start the game on defense our guys have to come out with attitude and get a 3 and out to start. I really think that will be the key to this game. How the defense starts will play a huge factor. We gave up way too many points to start games just like last year. I see it coming down to attitude. The players do not seem hyped up to get the offense off the field. Horton HAS to address that. If too many guys out there do not care sit them and let others who do have a shot.
I see the offense as being superior to KCs. We could win a blow out here if the D stands up. I would love that as no one is giving us a chance.
My prediction 28 - 21 Titans. The defense starts slow Whiz chews their ass and they get it together. I really hope so!!!!

Need to start with a WIN!!! GO TITANS!!
