Finally, I do not begrudge someone's right to negotiate. It was CJ's attitude and effort (lack thereof) after getting his cash that turned me off to him. I have read (extensively) about how you are a fan boy of his, and I don't want to get into the same silly, circular conversation about this again....just a waste of my time.

 

I find it humorous that he corrects your spelling but uses bad grammar.

It should be "Keith Bulluck's name". Forgot the apostrophe for possession.

 

I hear you....I tend to overlook spelling and grammar on forums like this, but if he wants me to mind this in order to "elevate" to his level of posting excellence, I am up to the task. I will also expect the same from him in the future.

His YPC the year before was 4.5 so by your logic that must mean that he was good the year before right? In fact why don't we just go ahead and consider that 3.9 season a statistical outlier since that's the only season he ever dipped below 4.0 ypc? Gimme a break.

You guys like to play this little game where the only CJ stats that count are the negative ones. So when I or someone else mentions that he was also 11th among running backs in all-purpose yardage and 10th in total points, and 11th in rushing yards, people like you will find some way to discount that or use some cliche about stats not telling the whole story, it's tired.

If the positive stats don't tell the whole story then neither do the negative stats. Stop being intellectually dishonest. Dude may not be CJ2k anymore but he was damn near a top 10 back last season (at least 11th in most stats) and the stats bear that out. If you all all decide that none of these stats matter then don't bother with the "3.9 LOL crap". The only other players on our team that even sniffed top 10 in anything last season were Kendall and Casey both of whom I'll concede were better players than CJ last season (wish Kendall had scored more though).

 

A full time back in this era doesn't get to brag about barely being top 10 in anything.

This will sound kind of douchey and new-agey but I honestly believe this. If you hate someone most times you are at least partly responsible for the hate you feel. That person may have done something to you or behaved in a manner you dislike but when it's all said and done they don't really have the power you make you feel anything you don't allow, it just feels like they have that power over you because you give it to them. You guys can stop hating CJ any time you want. It's totally up to you.He did the things he did but he has no control over your feelings.

I think Fokou sucks balls as a football player and am glad he got cut but I have 0 animosity towards the guy and wish him luck wherever he ends up. Hell I hope he wins a starting job, just not on this team. Everyone is different so I don't expect anyone to come around to my way of thinking. I understand it's probably a weird way to see things.
