yes but it was also they're backups, doesn't speak well on the Titans depth. The schemes for pass coverage and pressuring the quarterback suck no matter who's in

Avery Williamson, a rookie LB, was covering Jimmy Graham. And let me say... His coverage wasn't bad at all for a 5th round rookie.

Preseason games don't count but they are useful. If your guys are struggling with open field tackling in the preseason it's likely they'll struggle with it later. Same thing with dropping passes, getting manhandled at the point of attack, getting beat when in man coverage, and a lot of other translatable things. These issues don't just magically go away when week one gets here and may be a cause of concern. All I heard last season was "don't worry about about the O-line, it's only preseason!" and look how that turned out. We're not evaluating the score, it's the play.
