This is true, I also heard on Sirius radio they were suggesting we trade Michael Roos to the Giants. Said if we could get him to agree to an extended contract with a new team we could probably get a 3rd round for him with a kicker to potentially be a 2nd.

I personally think we should trade Roos if we can get that kind of value. Why do we always keep players past their prime?!? Another reason we are so limited in every draft, we don't make moves to get additional picks. In this case, we drafted a younger OL who grades out well at LT. I say take our lumps and get value for Roos now. Instead what we will do is let him walk and get NOTHING for him. Just as we did with CJ. Had we traded him a year prior we could have got good value for him. Instead we tried to trade him when the entire league knew we had to cut him!!! lol How many more times are we going to watch our talent leave without getting compensation for them?

I know this is off topic, but when we have a second LT that was drafted just outside of the top 10 picks in the first round in my eyes you play him.

I agree with you 100% I guess my question is the same question many have posed since the draft. Did we have to draft a OL so high two years back to back?!?

I know this may be unrelated but I haven't seen it posted anywhere, but did anyone hear on the Zone that Levitre is out for the first 2 weeks of camp because he had his appendix removed? Sigh...

I saw this. If it were anyone who wasn't out most of last year I wouldn't even be worried about it... But, Levitre needs to step it up BIG TIME when he comes back.

I really hope this OL really clicks this year. Schwenke and the two Guards will be the key to getting us to where we need to be.

never fear the Titans apparently are worse the the tarpkitties and they are one of the worst in the NFL.

So it seems the Titans are a ways off from being middle tier

its looking that way, but he still has this one last shot.

At least the Titans grabbed Clipboard Jesus for insurance. If Whitehurst starts 10+ games the Titans will be picking 1st baby!

The final unsigned 2014 draft pick has reached a deal.

The Titans announced Thursday they had agreed to a contract with first-round selection Taylor Lewan, an offensive tackle from Michigan.

The No. 11 overall pick, Lewan (6-7, 309) has played both left and right tackle in the offseason. It’s possible he could challenge veteran Michael Oher at right tackle.

Lewan made 48 starts at left tackle for the Wolverines, earning a variety of All-American honors as a junior and as a senior. He was the third offensive lineman selected in May.

Lewan faces an October trial on assault and battery and aggravated assault charges related to a December incident in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean provides contract details:
The tackle from Michigan was the last of the NFL's unsigned draft picks this year.
Lewan, the 11th overall pick, will sign a four-year deal worth roughly $11.5 million. The contract, which is fully guaranteed, includes a signing bonus of roughly $6.7 million.
