If Locker is the man we replace the Colts as division winners so maybe 11-5 but definitely 10-6.

3 things made CJ's performance go down:

    1) He lost half a step with age
    2) D's were keying on him completely
    3) OL play was down slightly

I also think CJ started using a preservation mode when he felt there wasn't a chance for an explosive play- hence the fetal position drops behind the LOS we began to see. He wanted to hit HR's to pad his YPC which caused him to NOT run downhill while taking a hit. He was staying alive for the next contract.

I also think we can win the division if Locker stays healthy and on the field. I put that at about 50%. I think its more likely we see Locker games 1-5, then Whitehurst 6-9, then Mettenberger to finish the season. I see 9-7.

    Woulda shoulda coulda.

All I know is that in 3 seasons under Munch:
    - We never made the playoffs.
    - We had the worst defense in Titan history.
    - We were 6-12 in the division.
    - We had something like a 2-20 record against >.500 teams.
    - We lost 9 games by 21+ points.
-...... I'm sure I could think of more if I tried.

If that's "solid" coaching then I guess we just have different definitions of the word.

Yep. That's what was most frustrating about watching the guy run. It was like if there wasn't a hole you could drive a truck through he just abandoned the play, or at least did not give full effort. It was infuriating because if he'd just hit whatever hole was there with some authority you never know what could happen. Maybe you actually wiggle out of a tackle or a defender makes a boneheaded play or falls down or something and opens up some space. But he'd just tuck his head and start diving for the dirt.

Still better than Schwartz. Agree with dunce on this, you all come across as whiny schoolgirls about munch.

I don't understand what Schwartz has to do with how Munch performed here in Tennessee. Why even bring him up? What does he have to do with anything? I never said Munch was the absolute worst coach in the NFL. Or that Schwartz was a great, or even good, coach.

As usual you're having an extremely difficult time staying on topic and putting together a coherent argument.

To ensure that he gained positive yards. Everyone got so caught up with him having plays that went for negative yards that he changed his style. He was like eddie george his last season with us here. If ppl would have just let CJ be he would have done a lot better. Which is why I think he will succeed with the Jets.

His fault for letting the fans dictate what he does on the field then.....

And as far as I can recall the negative plays were still there anyway.
