I'm actually kinda glad we didn't get a QB in the 2nd now. Look at where they slid to. Apparently, they just wasn't valued like we all thought.

Picking Murray or McCarron in the 2nd looks like it would've been a huge fail now.

Yeah tough to argue with that. I really wanted Jimmy G though.

    I give it a c+

We got good depth and potentially good future players with all of our day three picks. Sankey was easily the best pick in the draft, the only one who will start day one, imo.

We could increase the grade if we can get lewan on the field day one and trade roos for whatever we can get. Also moving Greene if at all possible would be a good move to get Sankey more touches.

I know some will disagree with moving these guys but, we are rebuilding, players with one or two years left in the tank have no reason to be here. the young guys need to get pt so we know what we got in them.

Also thought passing on johnny was a bad move.

    B+ for me.

Lewan has grown on me. Sankey was the best RB in the draft and is going to run for 1,000 yards in his rookie year.
Wasn't too enamoured with the defensive picks in the mid rounds. Huff looks pretty good though, I think we would have taken Ellis had he fallen a little further. Williamson, we have too many lbs as it is, didn't get that one.
Mettenburger is zero risk, high reward. I just think that we were the perfect place with whiz. I love that pick down there, we will see

Let's see what happens, bit of positivity folks!

I give it a B, B plus at best. I'm not disappointed, for sure. Mettenberger wanted to be a titan, when McCarron didn't even show up for the work out, that kind of commitment is enough for me, for now. When the season starts, I wanna see that translate into making plays on the field.

Solid B. I was not disappointed, but definitely not excited. I think we have guys that can make a solid impact, but won't be stars.
