    Munch did get better as a coach, but when you come in at Level-0 you still have a long way to go.

    I dont like Jerry Gray either and Munchak wasnt firing his old pal.

    That staff as a whole was a joke, Munchak had to go.

    The reality is that when munch took over the team got worse. Yes his bumb ass friends were a huge downfall on his part. But, munch chose to keep his friends over win. This makes him a bad head coach. He gave to much control to his idiot friends, which was his fault, bad head coach.

    If he was the right guy for the job, he'd still be here and wouldn't have received the Dowell Loggains ultimatum.

    His staff was awful, he wasn't fit to be a HC, thank God it's over.

    Munch wasn't terrible.. He had some good pieces and some huge holes. Same struggles that many HCs with middling rosters endure.. I never saw much emotion out of the guy and the play calling stunk though..

    Munch was bad. Terrible? Idk. I threw that word around a lot as well due to an extreme frustration with the way we gave away games, but he was 22-26 in three seasons. That's bad, not terrible

    Regardless, he was not HC material.

    Just because his record was not terrible does not necessarily mean he wasn't a terrible HC. You said it all with your last sentence.

    If he was handed a good team and drove it into the ground I would say he was terrible. He was handed a below average team and got average results. Mediocrity isn't good but it's not terrible.
