Him and Hunter got into trouble together. I don't remember any details being released about what happened.

He will not be hard to replace at all.

 

He was in my opinion the 2nd best WR on the team. As others here have noted, Damian was very dependable and made the hard catches when he was called on. I was really hoping we would be able to get him back in the mix. Bah!

 

I think him leaving was as simple as him wanting to start. He has a better chance in Miami to become a 3rd or even take 2nd from Hartline on the depth chart.

 

I've seen a lot of mocks putting Evans to Detroit but I'd honestly be surprised if that's the route they go. Calvin is only 28 and a complete freak of nature. I think he's got at least another 4-5 years of elite level play in him. Also they just signed Golden Tate to a 5 year/30million deal.

Of course we're all just speculating but if I were them I think I'd be targeting defensive BPA.

 

Great point. I totally forgot about them acquiring Tate.

 

I'd like to see us draft Jordan Mattews, be nice to get a 3rd back, don't think he'll be there in the 4th and looks like we will go RB in 2.
Can't argue with his bloodlines.

 

Maybe there were locker room issues with him. He was disciplined later in the season.
