Do You Feel The Team Is Getting Better Overall Since Munchak Left?

You know, just knowing munchak is gone makes me feel better. Now, when the season starts, I won't have that nervous sensation in the pit of my stomach, from thinking about how badly we're gonna lose.

Not only that, he couldn't even beat the other weak @$$ teams in this weak @$& division. What did he have, like 4 division wins in 3 seasons?

 

The first time jacksonville beat us, i let it slide... the next few times, were unforgivable.

We should have smeared them, and houston each time. the colts are the only team that shoulda gave us a hard time, but no, thanks to Munch, we get ***** slapped by a team who is only comparable to the cleveland browns.

 

I'll let you know this December if the Titans got any better.

I said in the similar thread I started that I was disappointed (out of choices of disappointed/undecided/excited).

After Shaun Phillips signing, considering the new coaching staff, I do feel like we are moving in a better direction. Munch had his chance and 3 years is long enough time and there was not progress in the right way. We still have at least a few good young players to work with, some acceptable stop gaps, and an all new coaching staff. A lot of salary cap will be cleared by next year too. Season is going to depend (as most all do) on QB situation so either Jake has to stay healthy (unlikely) and play at high level like pre-injury (also unlikely as injury effects mobility) OR we draft a QB that is going to do well enough to start by mid-season (I'm hopeful we draft someone).

 

It will be nice to have a coach that shows emotion on the sideline. Munch always looked like he was a bystander at a golf tournament.
