I believe Manning and Brady and some of those guys have proven they CAN do more than that. Carr has a big arm, but with his style of play, its almost of no use to him. A very high percentage of what Carr did was with the screen game

You can't knock a guy for one game, especially in a game which he received no help from his o-line.

I think everyone wants to hate on Carr because of his older brother, which you can't judge him by the play of his family. Carson Palmer and Rodgers both have brothers at the QB position and they blow, look at Simms sons and what they amounted to.

Watch the super bowl and you will be convinced that Peyton Manning is a bust.

You don't base an opinion of a guy on 1-2 games! Carr started 44 games in his college career.

So i can summarily say that Aaron Murray is pure crap based on his 2012 game against South Carolina?

I just don't like Carr's footwork or his pocket presence. Because of his strong arm he throws off his back foot a bunch.

I keep going back and forth on if we should draft a QB and if so which rnd. The new CBA and rookie salary cap has now made it not crippling to a franchise from a cap standpoint if they draft a QB early and he fails. We all know that QB is the most important position. So it makes sense that if you don't have a franchise guy that you draft the best QB on your board as early as you can. You don't wait until the 2nd or 3rd rnd to take the best of who is left.

The hard part to me is actually making your QB board.
